Our Cash on Delivery (COD) return and exchange policy.
Important COD Delivery Notice
All EIZLO orders are delivered through Cash on Delivery (COD).
Customers must carefully check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting the delivery.
Check Your Product Before Accepting Delivery
Please inspect your order carefully while the delivery person is present.
- Product type
- Size
- Color
- Quantity
- Visible damage or defect
- Packaging condition
If you notice any visible problem or the product is different from what you ordered, please inform the delivery person immediately before accepting the delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
EIZLO operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Customers are therefore required to check their products at the time of delivery.
Once the customer has accepted the product and the delivery person has left, EIZLO will not accept any return, exchange, or claim regarding the delivered product.
Claims Not Accepted After Delivery
After the delivery person has left, EIZLO will not accept claims for issues that could have been identified during delivery inspection, including:
- Wrong product
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Visible damage
- Visible defect
- Missing or incorrect quantity
- Damaged packaging
- Any other visible issue that could reasonably have been identified at the time of delivery
Exchanges
If you identify a problem with your order, please inform the delivery person immediately before accepting the delivery.
Once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery person has left, the product is not eligible for exchange.
Cash on Delivery Payment
Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Customers should complete the product inspection before accepting the order and making the COD payment.
The delivery person is not responsible for processing returns, exchanges, or refunds after the delivery has been completed.
Important
Please check your product carefully in front of the delivery person before accepting the delivery. Once you accept the order and the delivery person leaves, EIZLO will not accept any return, exchange, or claim regarding the delivered product.
